Fudge Shoppe of the Smokies
Steps 1, 2, & 3: We craft each batch using pure cane sugar, pure cream, European butter. For instance, we use rich, imported dutched chocolate and pure cold pressed Mexican vanilla.
Steps 4, 5, & 6: We cook the craft ingredients in a large copper pot until they reach the perfect temperature, then pour the mixture onto a marble slab to cool.
Step 7: Once the fudge cools to the perfect temperature, we mix in ingredients like fresh English walnuts, Georgia pecans, marshmallows, or all-natural custom blended peanut butter. Then, the creaming stage begins.
Step 8: The fudge is skillfully tossed with a large stainless steel paddle, folding it over and over to incorporate air. This process gives the fudge its signature creamy texture.
Step 9 & 10: After 10 minutes of creaming, the fudge begins to thicken, and we switch to a shaping tool. We continue shaping, until it reaches the perfect consistency, forming a smooth, creamy loaf.
Step 11 & 12: We carefully hand slice the loaf into individual slices. The last step is to visit us and treat yourself to some of our delicious fudge!
